For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of registration when you check the acknowledgment box indicating that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you register on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and fbvip124 relating to your use of the Platform, whether written or oral.

Use of the fbvip124 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Registering while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate, trust, or partnership registrations are not permitted.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of fbvip124 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not access or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the fbvip124 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. fbvip124 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. fbvip124 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

Identity verification (KYC) is required prior to the processing of your first withdrawal and may be required at any other time at fbvip124's reasonable discretion. Accepted identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, UMID, or other Philippine government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Deposits to your fbvip124 Account may be made using the payment methods currently available on the Platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change at fbvip124's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method, as indicated at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of successful payment processing, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be declined or reversed, and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• fbvip124 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency unless expressly stated on the Platform.
• Deposited funds that have been used in the normal course of gameplay are not eligible for refund or chargeback. Any unauthorized chargeback attempt will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• fbvip124 reserves the right to impose deposit limits or request additional verification on deposits that trigger anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds in accordance with applicable Philippine financial regulations.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method most recently used for a deposit, or as otherwise approved by fbvip124.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other banking partners may take 1–3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below, which apply universally.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute less than slot games. The contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

Each game available on the fbvip124 Platform is governed by the rules of its respective software provider. These rules are accessible from within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between any game display and the game server's records, the server's records shall prevail.

RNG (Random Number Generator) based games, including slot titles, are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure the randomness and fairness of outcomes. Theoretical RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by the respective game provider. fbvip124 does not modify RTP settings below the certified minimum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbvip124 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or assisting others to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate Platform systems.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a conduit for structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Attempting to exploit game malfunctions, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms or wagering requirements in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gameplay.

• Attempting to access or interfere with another Player's Account, or the Platform's technical systems, without authorization.

fbvip124 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback attempts, use of stolen payment instruments, or identity fraud.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Dormant Account fees may apply as detailed in the Dormant Account Policy available from support.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any relevant Philippine government authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or fraud, the verified real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, less any applicable fees or outstanding bonus obligations. In cases of Account closure due to confirmed fraud or material Terms breach, fbvip124 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance and take appropriate legal action.

All content on the fbvip124 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual content, software code, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of fbvip124 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal, recreational gaming. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without fbvip124's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fbvip124 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to service.

fbvip124's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by the Player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbvip124 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily limit access to the Platform, for which fbvip124 accepts no liability.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines to resolve any legal dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to contact fbvip124 support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

fbvip124 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification on the Platform or by SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The closing real-money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
